I’m Katie Lonergan, an Associate Director with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, supporting large-scale projects and clients. I have strong skills in organisation, communication, and stakeholder management, and I’m passionate about helping teams stay on track and deliver successful outcomes.
Industry experience
With over seven years’ experience working for a main contractor, I built a solid foundation in managing project information and supporting large-scale construction projects. Since joining Amodal, I’ve progressed to Associate Director, overseeing client CDEs and ensuring all consultants and contractors are aligned and using them efficiently. I’m passionate about improving collaboration, maintaining quality, and making sure information flows seamlessly across every stage of a project.
What is your role?
I’m an Associate Director at Amodal, where I help manage client Common Data Environments (CDEs) and maintain strong relationships with the clients, contractors, and consultants who use them. Alongside my project work, I also play an active role in bringing our internal team together through virtual social events, helping to keep everyone connected and maintain a great team spirit.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
What I enjoy most about my role is the variety it offers and the chance to engage with different people each day. I also love leading a team who share the same passion and dedication, making each project and interaction rewarding.
