Project Deliverables Manager

From disconnected spreadsheets to connected, controlled project deliverables

Why PDM?

Managing information deliverables on complex projects is often fragmented, inconsistent, and spreadsheet-driven. The Project Deliverables Manager (PDM) simplifies this process by providing a clear, connected view of every deliverable, its status, who is responsible, when it is due, what package it belongs to and what stage it is at.

PDM replaces manual tracking with structured workflows, CDE integrations, automated alerts, and real-time dashboards, enabling teams to monitor progress, anticipate risks, and stay compliant with ISO 19650 and client information requirements.

Whether used by a contractor, consultant, or client, PDM gives you control over availability, ownership and status, helping you reduce reporting time and cut missed deliverables.

Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP)

Each task team, whether architectural, structural, MEP, or contractor, develops its own Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP) within PDM. TIDPs define what information will be produced, in what format, by whom, and when.

PDM turns these plans into living schedules that update automatically as work progresses.

Teams can see real-time status, upcoming deadlines, and responsibilities, ensuring that information is delivered on time and to the right standard.

By connecting TIDPs across all teams, PDM eliminates version and status confusion and provides a single, reliable source of truth for every deliverable.

Package Management

PDM introduces true package-based visibility across information delivery. It groups deliverables by trade, task team, or work package, showing progress and dependencies across the supply chain.

Dashboards highlight bottlenecks and late submissions, while notifications alert teams before issues escalate. This structured packaging of information ensures that deliverables are produced, reviewed, and approved in line with the MIDP and project milestones, enabling better coordination, auditability, and confidence in the data shared between client, consultant, and contractor.

Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP)

At the project level, PDM compiles all task team TIDPs into a single Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP). The MIDP gives project managers and information managers a holistic view of all deliverables, including models, drawings, reports, and data, across disciplines.

It aligns every deliverable with project milestones and the overall delivery programme, providing transparency on what is complete, what is pending, and who is accountable. Interactive dashboards and automated reporting make it simple to monitor compliance and progress across multiple CDEs or even multiple projects.

Key Platform Capabilities

  • MIDP and TIDP management with package-level tracking
  • Automated workflows, triggers, and reminders
  • Spreadsheet-style tables with built-in validation
  • Collaboration and version history with full audit trail
  • Real-time dashboards and compliance analytics
  • Cross-project roll-ups for programme visibility

Outcomes

Streamline package management – create and track TIDPs by trade, task team, or package, collated into a single MIDP.

Ensure ISO 19650 compliance – align all deliverables to client information requirements and milestones.

Reduce delays and risk – automated alerts and dashboards prevent
missed submissions.

Replace spreadsheets with governance – validated data replaces
error-prone manual logs.
